¶ 1. Overview
Can ordinary consumables be printed at high speed?
Answer: Yes, you need to select the corresponding material configuration in the slicing.

¶ 2. Slicing Settings
2.1 Open the official slicer version V4.3.8.6984 or above
2.2 Select the printer CR-10 SE
2.3 Choose generic consumables in the top right corner
For instance,
- For printing with regular PLA, select Generic-PLA on the right
- For printing with high-speed PLA, select Hyper PLA on the right.
¶ 3. Pre-printing Preparation
¶ 3.1 Cleaning the Build Plate
- If the build plate has leftover materials or dirt, or is contaminated by sweat, use a spatula to gently scrape it off or wash the build plate with detergent and clean water.
- If the glue is applied too thickly, or after multiple prints, please wash the build plate with clean water.
¶ 3.2 Ensure Proper Glue Application
Use the correct type of adhesive, as shown in the image below, apply a thin layer of solid glue to the plate.
¶ 3.3 Confirm if Print Calibration needs to be checked.
The print calibration includes automatic leveling. If not selected, automatic leveling will not be executed.
¶ 3.3.1 When is it necessary to print calibration
The print calibration must be selected when the following situations occur:
① Different materials used from the last print, such as printing with PLA last time and ABS this time (different heated bed temperature, leveling data variation)
② The machine has been moved
③ Just upgraded the firmware
¶ 3.3.2 Under what circumstances is it unnecessary to select print calibration
① Repeat printing, the last print was successful
② The printing model is small and is in the center of the heated bed

- Using Creality Print V4.3.7.6498 or higher version
