¶ Why does this prompt appear?
This message indicates that the belt tension module is abnormal, which may be due to the fault of the module itself, resulting in faulty.
¶ This may be due to the following reasons
Wiring problems: Abnormal wiring of the belt tension module may lead to a communication failure, which affects the normal function of the module.
Tension out of range: If the tension of the module exceeds the set calibration range, the module may not work properly.
Structural problems: Structural anomalies in the belt tension module, such as damage or loosening, may also cause function faulty.
Belt tension module calibration problem: Belt tension module needs to be pre-calibrated before formal use, non-calibration or incorrect calibration value will result in this error.
¶ How to solve it?
Wiring: Ensure that the circuit board of the active belt tensioning module is properly connected without loosening or damage.
Structure: Check the structure of the belt tensioning module to ensure that there is no abnormal damage and that all screws are locked.

Remove the back plate of the machine and check whether the XY belt active tension module is disconnected.
