K2 Series printer is Unable to connect to the network.
Turn on the device's network and check if WiFi hotspots can be detected (to rule out cases where there's only one hidden WiFi network, you can also use your phone's hotspot for testing).
First, verify if the WiFi is 5G network. Only K2 Plus supports both 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi, while K2 and K2 Pro only support 2.4GHz WiFi.
If you're unsure whether your WiFi is 5G, you can enable your phone's hotspot for testing (phone hotspots default to 2.4GHz). If the device still can't detect the phone's hotspot, it might be a WiFi module malfunction. Replace the corresponding PCB module - you can contact customer service to report this issue.
If the device can detect WiFi hotspots but has weak signal, difficulty connecting, or frequently disconnects, these issues are likely caused by a detached WiFi antenna. You can open the device's display screen as shown in the picture and reattach the internal antenna.
If you still haven't resolved the issue after following the steps in this document, or if you encounter any difficulties during the process, you can click the right corner of the wiki page online support to contact our after-sales team for more help.
