¶ Operation Steps
Power off the machine.
Use lint-free cloth to wipe off oil and debris along the entire X-axis guide rail. Also check if the screws securing the guide rail are loose.
After cleaning, shake the WD-40 Specialist® Silicone well and spray it on the guide rail, ensuring the lubricant covers the entire rail. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Finally, manually move the hotend assembly to help distribute the lubricant more evenly.
¶ Maintenance Cycle Recommendation
Frequent use: Lubricate once per week
Infrequent use: Lubricate once every two weeks
