- Please verify if your firmware is up to date. Early models were shipped with firmware version 1.2.9.5, which may result in Z-axis motor steps being missed. We recommend updating to the latest firmware version, as it includes the necessary fixes to address this issue.

- During the device's self-leveling process, if you find that the platform board does not stop moving or descending when using the leveling tool, we will provide you with a replacement strain gauge(3205990398). This will ensure the proper functionality of the leveling system.
