After the machine is turned on or during printing, the screen displays: key: 2000. Unkown exception.
If error code 2000 is usually accompanied by other error codes. (e.g. key: 2564), Please refer to the solution for other error codes for initial troubleshooting.
Simultaneously check if the connections at both ends of the hotend cable are loose. Reinstall and secure them, fasten with zip ties, and check if the hotend cable is damaged. Share the faulty picture to cs@creality.com.
Check if the cable connecting the front and back plates of the hotend is loose or damaged.
After securing everything, try click “homing” separately to see if it works normally. Try to print a random model to see if any errors occur.
If the error code 2000 still appears after troubleshooting, export the device logs (Ender-3 V3 Log Export / Fault Reporting Tutorial) and send them to after-sales customer service (cs@creality.com).
