The cutter does not spring back.
¶ 2. Cause analysis
- Jammed / clogged filament
- The magnet falls off
- The cutter installation problems
¶ 3. Troubleshooting
- Check whether there is jamming or clogging, resulting in the cutter not moving, refer to the tutorial Troubleshooting for Creality Hi Clogged Extruder
- Check whether the magnet on the inner wall of the cutter mounting position and on the side end of the cutter has fallen off.
- Check if the cutter is installed correctly, pay attention to the direction of the cutter. The notched side of the blade holder is facing down. Please refer to Replace Creality Hi Cutter
