¶ Maintenance Interval
When a “Camera Maintenance Required” prompt appears on the printer or in the Creality Cloud App, it is recommended to perform camera maintenance.The camera is equipped with a rotatable privacy cover. Please open it during normal use and maintenance.

Alcohol
Cotton Swabs or Lint-Free Cloth
¶ Maintenance Procedure
Moisten a cotton swab or lint-free cloth with alcohol, and gently wipe the camera lens.
Open the Creality Cloud App, go to the Device Management page, and check whether the camera image is clear and free of smudges.
