This message typically indicates that during CFS Lite feeding, the filament is successfully gripped and continuously fed by the CFS Lite, but the Toolhead fails to detect any filament entering.
Common causes include:
The PTFE tube is not installed
The PTFE tube has come loose at the Pneumatic Fitting
The PTFE tube is disconnected at either the Toolhead Manifold or the CFS Lite side, preventing the filament from reaching the Toolhead
In this situation, some filament may have already been fed out of the CFS Lite. You should manually rewind the filament or cut off the excess using cutters before proceeding.
Check whether the PTFE tube is installed
Reinstall any loose PTFE tube. After installation, gently pull it upward to confirm it is securely seated
If the tube cannot be reinstalled, first check whether the PTFE tube is damaged Refer to the SPARKX i7 PTFE Tube Wear Inspection and Replacement Guide for inspection instructions
If the issue persists, the Pneumatic Fitting on the CFS Lite or the Toolhead Manifold may be damaged and require replacement. You may also contact the SPARKX after-sales support team for assistance
Open the CFS Lite, manually rewind the filament or cut off excess filament using cutters
Install the PTFE tube and ensure it is properly secured
Click “Retry” to continue feeding or resume printing
If replacement of the Pneumatic Fitting or related components is required, it is recommended to stop the print and power off the printer before performing the replacement
