This error indicates that the hotend moving microcontroller (MCU) is unable to keep up with the step instruction frequency sent by Klipper. The microcontroller (MCU) is overloaded and cannot process instructions in a timely manner.
Check the slicing file: Use the official slicing configuration file to slice the disk, ensure that the print parameters are compatible, and resend the printing task to check whether the disk is normal.
Export the log and Gcode: If the problem persists, export the Klipper log file and the Gcode where the problem occurred and submit it to the official support team (cs@creality.com) for analysis.
Restart the printer
Adjust the slicing parameters to reduce the speed and acceleration, or use the default slicing parameters of the official slicing to restart the printing task.
If the problem persists, try updating the firmware or restoring factory Settings.
Export the firmware logs and gcode when errors occur to the official support system (cs@creality.com).
If it appears in the printing process and the hot bed tilts, please manually press the hot bed to the bottom of the printer and clean the hot bed
Restart the machine
Adjust the parameters, reduce the speed and acceleration, or use the default parameters of the official slicing software to print, and restart the printing task.
If the problem persists, try updating the firmware or restoring factory Settings.
Export firmware logs and gcode to official support if errors occur.
