K2 Plus
This error message usually occurs during the filament unloading process when the extruder's filament break detection is abnormally triggered, indicating that the filament may have broken inside the extruder, preventing normal unloading operation.
Handling broken filament:
Check if there is any residual broken filament inside the extruder. If filament is found broken and stuck inside the extruder, follow the Troubleshooting for K2 Plus Jammed Filament. After clearing the broken filament, ensure the extruder's internal path is clear.
False triggering of filament break detection:
Check the status of the filament break detector. Under normal circumstances, the filament break detector should not be triggered when there is no filament. If the detector is abnormal, it may be necessary to further check if its port connection is normal or if there is filament debris blocking the detection path.
Check if there is broken filament inside the extruder and clear the broken part according to Troubleshooting for K2 Plus Jammed Filament.
Check the status of the filament break detector to confirm it is not falsely triggered.
Clean the internal path of the extruder, ensure it is clear, and then try the operation "Retract" again.
