K1 series/V3 series/Nebula screen/K2 Plus
This error is triggered when the model cooling fan's rotation speed is lower than expected. Possible causes include:
Poor contact at the wire terminal, causing the fan to malfunction.
The fan is stuck during operation or installation, affecting normal rotation.
Fan signal feedback is damaged, resulting in inability to detect the actual fan speed.
Wiring issue: Check if the fan wire terminal is firmly connected, ensuring there's no looseness or poor contact. If there's a problem, reconnect and ensure a stable connection.
Fan stuck: Check if the fan is blocked by foreign objects or unable to rotate freely. Remove obstacles after inspection to ensure smooth fan operation.
Fan signal feedback problem or damage: If the fan wiring and rotation are normal but still reports an error, the fan signal feedback may be damaged, in which case the fan needs to be replaced.
Check the model fan's wire terminal to ensure a secure connection.
Set the model fan speed to 100% and observe the fan's rotation to confirm if it can rotate freely.
If the fan is damaged or the signal feedback is faulty, replace the model fan and restart the device to see if the problem is resolved.
