K1 series/V3 series/Nebula screen/K2 Plus
This error is triggered when the rotation speed of the heat break fan in the extruder is lower than expected. Possible causes include:
Poor contact at the wire terminal, causing the fan to malfunction.
The fan is stuck or not rotating smoothly during installation.
Damaged fan signal feedback, resulting in inability to detect the actual fan speed.
Wiring issue: Check if the fan's wire terminal is properly connected. If poor contact is found, reconnect and ensure a stable connection.
Fan rotation issue: Observe if the fan can rotate freely. If the fan is stuck or not rotating smoothly, identify and fix the problem, then check the speed again.
Signal feedback problem or fan damage: If the wiring and rotation are normal but the problem persists, the fan signal feedback may be damaged, in which case the fan needs to be replaced.
Check the fan wire terminal to ensure a good connection.
Heat the nozzle to above 50°C and observe the rotation of the heat break fan to confirm if it can rotate smoothly.
If the fan is damaged or the signal feedback is faulty, replace the fan.
