When the nozzle thermistor (thermal sensor) short-circuits, this error will be triggered. Possible causes include:
Wiring issues with the hotend thermistor, where the thermistor wire has damaged insulation causing a short circuit. This requires inspection and repair of the damaged part of the circuit.
Internal damage to the hot end thermistor, which may require replacement of the thermistor or the entire hot end assembly.
Thermistor wiring issue: Check the thermistor wiring to ensure there is no damage or short circuit. If wire damage is found, repair it and confirm a stable connection.
Thermistor damage: If the wiring is normal but the hot end reading is abnormal (e.g., temperature out of normal range), the thermistor or the entire hot end assembly needs to be replaced.
Check the thermistor wiring to ensure there are no loose or damaged connections.
Inspect the thermistor wire for any insulation damage and repair any found damage.
If the wiring is normal but the temperature is still out of range, consider replacing the thermistor or hotend assembly.
