This error message usually occurs during the CFS filament retracting phase. After the extruder completes retracting, the filament break detector detects filament in the extruder. This may be due to filament breaking inside the extruder or other situations causing false triggering of the break detection.
Filament breakage residue: If you are not using filament from an external spool holder, there may be broken filament residue in the extruder. Follow the Troubleshooting for K2 Plus Jammed Filament to address jammed filament and clogging issues, then recheck and continue use.
False triggering of filament break detector: Follow the Troubleshooting for K2 Plus Jammed Filament to open the extruder front cover and address the filament break detector malfunction.
Check the working status of the filament break detector. When no filament is inserted, check if the filament break detector light is blue. Normally, it should light up blue when filament is detected, and remain off when no filament is inserted. Further investigation: Check if there is any residual filament or other debris in the feeding tube, clean it and try again. Check if the port buckle of the filament break detector is intact, as breakage or poor contact may cause false triggering.
If the blue light stays on, check if there is any broken filament residue in the extruder, and clean it according to theTroubleshooting for K2 Plus Jammed Filament
