The screen displays: key: 0109, Fan feedback exception
¶ 2. Cause Analysis
Fan quality issue causing it not to rotate;
Fan wire not properly connected or broken/damaged;
Abnormal noise/foreign object interference causing insufficient rotation speed;
Firmware version issue;
Hotend board problem;
¶ 3. Troubleshooting and Solutions
Heat the nozzle to 60℃/140°F (heat break fan starts working when nozzle is above 60℃/140°F) and observe if the fan is running.
Check the heat break fan wire connection, look for any damage or breakage. If not, try unplugging and plugging it back in.
If the fan is rotating, check for any foreign objects interfering with the fan blades causing abnormal noise. If present, remove the foreign object. If not, loosen the heat break fan's fixing screws a bit and try again, to rule out the problem of screws being too tight causing insufficient fan speed.
Upgrade to firmware version 1.1.0.65 or above (including version 1.1.0.65), which has optimized this bug.
