Poor wiring connection
The extruder motor cooling fan wire is being pinched
¶ Troubleshooting and Solution
Restart the machine to check if the issue recurs. If it does, continue with the following troubleshooting steps.
Check whether the printhead ribbon cable of the extruder has a poor connection. You can re-plug the printhead ribbon cable while the machine is powered off.
Remove the two fixing screws from the cooling fan on the right side of the extruder. Confirm whether the fan press plate has damaged the fan ribbon cable. At the same time, check the wiring terminals on the printhead board end. If re-plugging the wiring does not resolve the issue, you can unplug the terminal while the machine is powered off, then power on to test, in order to rule out the influence of the cooling fan.
If the above troubleshooting steps still cannot resolve the issue, please provide logs for analysis.
