The camera fails to open, possibly due to a software crash or unstable hardware connection.
Restart the device: Try to restart the device and check whether the camera function is restored.
Check the cable connection: Ensure that the camera cable is stable and not loose.
The camera module is abnormal.
Camera drag chain cable or interface loose.
The mainboard is abnormal.
Cavity temperature is too high.
AI Lidar is unstable.
Check the chamber temperature: If it is higher than 30 degrees, do not close the cover and the door when printing (except printing high-temperature materials such as ABS). If printing ABS in a closed environment causes the temperature to be too high, restart the machine after the chamber temperature drops to room temperature. Avoid this problem by leaving common filaments open when printing. Firmware version 1.3.3.26 added the chamber temperature detection function, which prompts when the temperature is too high.
After shutdown, unplug the laser profiler line, and then turn on the normal print filament. If the camera is normal and not disconnected during the printing process, confirm that the problem is the laser profiler, and replace the laser profiler and its wiring.
Check and reinstall the camera drag cable to make sure the connection is secure.
Replace the camera module.
Replace the mainboard.
