This prompt is triggered during the printing process when the cavity camera monitors the print quality, and is designed to detect whether there are anomalies during the printing process, such as over extruding or lack extruding. When the system detects a print quality problem, it automatically suspends printing to prevent waste of filament or damage to the work.
Check the AI function Settings: Ensure that the AI function on the printer screen is turned on, including flow calibration and flow proportional calibration.
Perform AI print calibration: Use the switch button to turn on the AI calibration function on the print page in order to optimize print parameters.
Clean the camera: Make sure the nozzles and cavity cameras are not obscured by dirt, and clean them if necessary.
Monitor the printing process: Monitor the system feedback during the printing process to ensure that no abnormal status exists.
Step 1: Check the pop-up prompt to confirm the status of the print quality problem.
Step 2: Check and confirm the AI function Settings.
Step 3: Clean the camera.
Step 4: After all checks and adjustments are completed, click "Retry" to resume printing.
