¶ Problem Phenomenon
It requires an increased exposure time (more than 1 second longer) to print successfully on a particular device. This necessary increase leads to changes in the weight of jewelry models.
Potential Cause: The issue is likely related to a decrease in the UV light output, either from a failing LED or general power degradation of the LED array.
¶ 1. Faulty LED(s) on the Array
Diagnosis: Run the "Cleaning" function for a full-screen exposure. Check the condition of the UV light and it can use phone camera to check: lower the phone camera's exposure setting for clarity.
Identification: Compare the photo to the provided example. If any dark spots or LEDs that are not illuminating are visible, as shown in the example image, the LED array board needs replacement.
¶ 2. General Power Degradation of the LED Array
Diagnosis: If you has a light meter (irradiance meter), you can measure the UV intensity, which should be approximately 4000 μW/cm².
Solution: If the measured intensity is significantly lower than this standard value, the LED array board should be replaced.
