¶ Troubleshooting
¶ 1. Check if the Motherboard Indicator Light is On
Remove the front cover and start the device.
¶ 1.1 If the Motherboard Indicator Light is On
Reseat the touch screen flexible cable connection.
¶ 1.2 If the Motherboard Indicator Light is Off
Check whether the power input and output are normal.

If the readings are normal:
Check if there is 24V DC power input to the motherboard. If 24V is present, the motherboard is damaged. -
If the readings are abnormal:
If there is no AC220V input, the power switch is faulty.
If there is no DC24V output, the power supply unit is faulty.
