¶ Problem Phenomenon
The device gets stuck on the logo screen and becomes unresponsive during startup.
¶ 1. Firmware Issue
- Upgrade to the latest version V2.306.8. If you need the firmware file, please contact our After-Sales email: after@piocreat3d.com.
¶ Motherboard Malfunction
- If the issue persists after upgrading the firmware, replace the motherboard with a new one.
