The unit makes an operating sound when you select Feed or Retract, but material is not fed or retracted properly.

Resin Clog in the Tubing: Resin may have solidified and blocked the tubing.
Solution: Gently press along the tubing to locate the clog. Pour a small amount of alcohol into the tubing and wait approximately 30 minutes for the resin to soften. Then, use the automatic feeding unit's function to draw the alcohol through, which will help clean the internal passage.
Damaged Tubing: Cracked or compromised tubing can also cause feeding failures and may lead to resin leakage.
Solution: If the tubing is damaged, replace it immediately to prevent leaks and restore proper function.
The unit makes NO operating sound when you select Feed or Retract.

Check if the green indicator light on the automatic feeding unit is illuminated.
If the light is ON: The issue is likely a damaged peristaltic pump. The pump will need to be replaced.
If the light is OFF: Check the unit's power cable and connections to ensure they are secure and undamaged. If the connections are intact but the light remains off, the entire automatic feeding unit may need to be replaced.
