The safety authority key is a core safety control component for laser processing equipment, used to manage the laser processing functions of the equipment and meet multi-level safety protection requirements.
Operation: Align the safety key with the safety key socket on the equipment and push it in straight and vertically.
Effect: Unlocks all functions such as laser processing, allowing the equipment to start and operate normally.
Tips: Before starting the engraver, insert the safety key in sequence in accordance with the installation and operation specifications in the user manual.
Operation: Keep the safety key horizontal, pull it out slowly, straight and vertically along the socket; do not wiggle up/down or apply force at an angle.
Effect: Immediately disables laser emission and all processing-related functions. The equipment only retains basic power supply and self‑inspection and cannot perform any processing operations.
Tips: The engraver will emit a buzzer alarm if the safety key is not inserted. The key socket position varies by model; refer to the corresponding equipment manual for details.
During normal operation, the safety key must remain fully inserted and properly aligned. Do not insert or remove it at an angle with excessive force, as this may damage the key due to misalignment.
When the equipment is left unattended for a long time, always remove the safety key and store it properly to prevent infants from accidentally touching the equipment and causing laser exposure injury.
When removing the safety key, keep it horizontal and pull straight out. Do not pull or twist it up or down, as this may cause the key to bend, break, or get stuck.
