This product is a Class 1 laser device,Consumer Laser Product

1. For Class 1 laser devices, observe the following operation guidelines: Do not operate the device with any parts removed. Do not activate the laser with the protective cover open. Ensure the protective cover is closed during operation.
2. Do not disable the open-cover stop function when replacing modules or observing the laser. If operation is required with the cover open, you must wear special laser safety goggles precisely matched to the equipment’s laser wavelength and ensure the equipment is in standby or non-processing state. For Class 4 laser machines, you must also wear dedicated laser safety goggles corresponding to the wavelength; ordinary sunglasses or prescription glasses are strictly prohibited as substitutes.
3. Inspect the safety goggles once a month. If scratches, cracks, decreased light transmittance, or loose frames are found, replace them immediately. Store the goggles in a dedicated case after use to avoid contamination or damage.
4. When processing metal, sharp materials, or high-temperature materials, must wear cut-resistant gloves or high-temperature resistant gloves. When processing materials that generate high-concentration smoke (e.g., wood or acrylic engraving), additionally wear an N95 or higher-grade dust mask.
1.Although laser cutting does not normally cause combustion, certain materials (such as acrylic) may ignite under high temperatures. Always monitor the material during the cutting process. If flames appear, take immediate action to extinguish them.
2.Ensure that the operating environment is well ventilated, dry, and free from heat sources (≥60°C), dust, or flammable materials. The device is equipped with built-in temperature and humidity sensors and will automatically shut down if the limits are exceeded.
3.Laser processing may generate smoke or odors; operate the device only in a well-ventilated area.
4.Do not use this product during thunderstorms.
5.A suitable fire extinguisher must be readily available near the work area and should be maintained regularly.
1.Use only the power cord supplied with this product. Substitution is not permitted.
2.When the device is powered on, do not touch electronic components (such as the motherboard or power interfaces) with your hands or tools.
3.Do not hot-plug the laser module or disassemble any electrical components while the device is powered on.
4.If the machine will not be used for an extended period, turn it off and disconnect it from the power supply.
1.Before using the machine, carefully read and fully understand all safety instructions and operating procedures. Inspect the device before each use. If any damage, malfunction, or abnormal behavior is detected, stop using the device immediately and perform necessary maintenance or repairs.
2.Regularly remove debris and residue from the machine to reduce the risk of fire. After powering off, use an anti-static brush and a dry cloth to clean the machine and the laser module. Do not use alcohol or other solvents.
3.Always connect the laser module’s silicone tube, regardless of whether air assist is used, to prevent contamination of the lens. If the tube becomes blocked, stop the machine immediately and clean it.
4.Do not touch moving mechanical parts or the laser module while the device is operating.
5.A laser-impermeable flat object (such as an aluminum alloy plate) must be placed beneath the processing material.
6.Do not process highly reflective materials directly. Doing so may damage or permanently impair the laser module. If such materials must be used, ensure the surface is blackened to reduce the risk of harmful reflections.
7.Do not leave the device unattended during operation.
8.Specialized laser protective eyewear must be worn during laser operation. Do not look directly at the laser spot.
1. Please make sure to operate the device with extreme caution in the presence of children. Minors must use it under adult supervision. Children under 10 years old are not permitted to access the device.
