- Confirm frequency band: Falcon A1 Pro only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi but does NOT support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Signal & Distance: Place the machine close to the router (within 3 meters, no walls / metal obstruction) to ensure the Wi-Fi signal is ≥ 2 bars.
- Reconfigure network: Settings → Network → Forget current Wi-Fi → Search and reconnect.
- Set up a 2.4GHz hotspot on your phone and connect the device to the hotspot:
a. ✅ If it connects: The issue is with your home router settings.
b. ❌ If it doesn’t connect: The device’s Wi-Fi antenna may be faulty.
- Check whether Bluetooth status on the display screen is enabled.
- Remove the motherboard cover and check whether the Bluetooth antenna on the motherboard has come loose.
