¶ 1. Prepare Tools
¶ 1.1 Tools Required for 2W Infrared Laser Module
Cleanroom wipes;
Tweezers;
Absolute alcohol;
1.5mm hexagon socket screwdriver;
¶ 2. Operating Procedures for Cleaning Lenses
¶ 2.1 Remove the air nozzle of the laser module;
Use a 1.5mm hex key to turn counterclockwise, remove the 3 screws of the air nozzle one by one, and then remove the air nozzle;
¶ 2.2 Observe whether the lens is dirty
Observe whether the lens is clean in a well-lit area, and if it is dirty, it needs to be cleaned;
¶ 2.3 Preparation of Cleaning Tools
Use tweezers to grip a corner of the lint-free cloth, wrap the lint-free cloth around the tip of the tweezers, use your fingers to tighten the excess part of the lint-free cloth to prevent it from coming loose from the tweezers, and then spray anhydrous alcohol on it;
¶ 2.4 Wipe the lens
When the lens is heavily soiled, it is necessary to replace the lint-free cloth and repeat the wiping process; when wiping, be careful not to apply excessive force to avoid scratching the lens with tweezers;
¶ 2.5 Cleaning completed, reinstall the air nozzle
After cleaning, reinstall the air nozzle and its fixing screws;
