Cleaning Procedure for Lenses of Falcon A1 Pro Model - 20W Blue Laser Module
Cleanroom Wipe;
Tweezers;
Absolute alcohol;
Spare lens (if the lens is severely damaged and cannot be wiped clean, it needs to be replaced);
Pinch the air nozzle of the laser module with your fingers, rotate it counterclockwise, and remove the air nozzle;
Observe whether the lens is clean in a well-lit area. If it is dirty, it needs to be cleaned. If the lens cannot be cleaned thoroughly or is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
Use tweezers to grasp a corner of the lint-free cloth, wrap the lint-free cloth around the tip of the tweezers, use your fingers to tighten the excess part of the lint-free cloth to prevent it from coming loose from the tweezers, and then spray anhydrous alcohol on it;
When the lens is heavily soiled, it is necessary to replace the lint-free cloth and repeat the wiping process; when wiping, be careful not to apply excessive force to avoid scratching the lens with tweezers;
After cleaning, reinstall the air nozzle clockwise onto the laser module;
If the lens is dirty or severely damaged and cannot be cleaned thoroughly, it is necessary to replace the lens at this time; use tweezers to grip the groove of the metal ring and rotate counterclockwise to remove the golden retaining ring;
When the lens is first removed, it may stick to the rubber ring, and tweezers can be used to separate the two;
Put the new lens, rubber ring, and gold fixing ring back in place in sequence; use tweezers to rotate the gold fixing ring clockwise to secure the lens; finally, install the air nozzle onto the module in a clockwise direction;
