¶ 1. Phenomenon description
After the machine is switched on and during the engraving process, the three indicator lights on the laser module do not light up.
¶ 2. Cause analysis
2.1 There is dust in the laser module indicator light, obstructing the light.
2.2 The laser module indicator light circuit is broken.
2.3 The X-axis transfer board is damaged or the connection line between the X-axis transfer board and the Y-axis transfer board is damaged.
¶ 3. Troubleshooting and solution

3.2 If a multimeter is available, please use it to measure and troubleshoot
①Adjust the multimeter to the DC voltage range or DC 20V range.
② According to the diagram below, connect the pen while the machine remains powered on. If a 5V voltage is measured, a replacement laser module is sent; if there is no 5V voltage, a replacement X-axis adapter board and motor limit wire are sent.
