¶ 3. Troubleshooting and solution
3.1 Prepare the multimeter, and set the dial to the DC voltage range (200V).
3.2 Use the hex wrench to unscrew the screws securing the adapter plate cover.
3.3 Unplug the laser module wire, power up the engraving machine, and according to the diagram, connect the red and black multimeter probes to the corresponding positions for measurement.
3.4 A measured voltage of 0V or close to 0V indicates a faulty laser module, replace the module; a voltage of 25V or above indicates a possible faulty motherboard or adapter cable, replace the motherboard and adapter cable.
