Turn off the power and unplug the power cord.

Use the hexagonal wrench to remove 1 screw securing the front guide.

Use the hexagonal wrench to remove 2 screws on both sides of the nozzle cover.

Unplug the model fan wire and remove the nozzle cover.

Unplug the wires on the right side, use tweezers to unplug the innermost motor wire.

Press the tube connector and pull out the PTFE tube.

Use cutting pliers to cut the cable tie, be careful not to cut other wires.

Use the hexagonal wrench to remove 3 screws securing the extruder.

Remove the extrusion assembly, making sure to route the motor wire and cutter detection wire out of the wire clip.

Disassemble the extruder, use the hexagonal wrench to remove 2 screws, separate the extruder from the motor.

Install the motor, align the screw holes with the extruder holes, use the hexagonal wrench to tighten 2 screws.

Install the extrusion assembly, route the motor wire and cutter detection wire into the wire clip.

Use the hexagonal wrench to tighten 3 screws on both sides of the extruder.

Use cable ties to secure the wires.

Thread the wires through the fan mounting bracket, plug in the wires.

Insert the PTFE tube.

Connect the model fan wire.

Install the nozzle cover, use the hexagonal wrench to tighten 2 screws on both sides.

Position the front guide correctly, use the hexagonal wrench to tighten 1 screw securing the front guide.

Plug in the power cord and turn on the machine.

Click "Settings" - "Self-check" - "Select All" - "Start detecting", wait for the self-check to complete.
