¶ Replacement Steps
Safety Tips:
Before replacement, please retract the filament and power off the machine. Do not replace components while the power is on.
¶ Disassembly
Remove the magnetic cover.
Unplug the heating wire and thermistor wire.
Use hexagonal wrench to remove the 4 screws securing the hotend kit.
Remove the damaged hotend kit.
¶ Installation
Install the new hotend kit.
Use hexagonal wrench to tighten the 4 screws securing the hotend kit.
Connect the heating wire and thermistor wire.
Install the magnetic cover.
¶ Device Self-Check
Plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.
Click "Prepare" - "Calibration" - "Select All" - "Start detecting", wait for the device calibration to complete.
