¶ 2. Cause Analysis
XY belt too loose
Input shaping ineffective or calibration values mismatched
Vibrations from other components transmitted to the nozzle, producing fine ringing.
¶ 3. Troubleshooting
Check if the nozzle is loose. If loose, heat the nozzle and tighten it using a socket wrench.
Re-run K2 Plus Input Shaping process, which includes automatic belt tensioning and ringing compensation.
Turn on the fans and check if the model fan and heat break fan have abnormal vibrations. If abnormalities are found, it is recommended to replace the fan.
