About the glass door debonding issue, you can choose one of the following two solutions:
If you want to use it as soon as possible and have some DIY skills, we recommend that you follow the wiki guide to repair it using glue.
If you prefer a simpler solution and are willing to wait for delivery, we will send you a brand new door assembly for replacement. Replace K2 Plus Front Door Assembly
1. It is recommended to first use a small knife to remove the remaining glue on the glass door after it has come off.
2. Remove the detached hinge from the door frame, then lay the machine's front door glass flat on the table. The specific steps are as follows:
3.2.1 Peel off the UV adhesive tape on the left pillar.
3.2.2 Use an H2.5 hex wrench to remove the two M4 fixing screws of the detached front door hinge.
3.2.3 Lift the front door upwards.
3.2.4 Lay the front door glass flat on the table, clean off any remaining glue and mark the position. The door hinge should also be cleaned of residual glue. After cleaning both thoroughly, apply and cure adhesive to the door hinge and the deglued position on the glass.
Note: It is recommended to purchase UV shadow-less glue, and use it with a UV lamp for curing. You can also directly purchase shadow-less glue that does not require UV lamp irradiation for direct bonding (needs to be used in conjunction with curing adhesive, this type of glue requires the glass surface to be clean, dry, and free of grease, and the curing time needs to be longer).
3.2.5 Install the glued front door glass assembly. Note: First align the holes at the bottom and insert the pin into the through-hole.
3.2.6 Use an H2.5 hex wrench to install the two M4 screws of the front door hinge.
3.2.7 After testing the opening and closing without issues, stick the UV adhesive tape on the left pillar.
