It happens to cause collisions during printer transportation.

The production process is not properly assembled.
¶ 3. Troubleshooting
- Check if the foot pad fixing screws are broken. If it is confirmed that the cause are broken screws, contact customer service (cs@creality.com) for replacement.

- If the screw is not fixed, it can be reinforced and fixed with hex socket screws.
