¶ 1. General Encasement Guide
- The machine is heavy. The single machine weighs 33.5 kg, and the total package weight is 45 kg.
- Two people are required to handle the packing.
¶ 2. Remove Machine Accessories
¶ 2.1 Remove the screen base protective cover
Attention: both hands
- Hold down 1 at the lower part of the screen and gently push to the right
- Remove the cable from the screen
Gently but firmly hold the protrusions on both sides of the cable with your fingers, and pull the cable upward.
After removing the cable, secure the screen cable properly.
- Install the screen base protective cover
- Put the screen into an electrostatic bag and place it in the foam position as shown.

Screen Placement
¶ 2.2 Remove the external spool holder

Use a wrench to remove the two screws and place them in the bag

Place the foam in the position shown in the picture
¶ 3. Lock the hot bed screws and install the foam inside the machine
- Lock the hot bed screws
- Install foam on both sides of the hot bed
- Place in the accessory box
- Put foam on the upper and both sides of the accessory box
- Install foam for the upper accessories
Push the extruder head towards the door and insert it into the foam

- As shown in the pic, 1 is the machine screen, 2 is the power cord, 3 is the external material rack, 4 is the external material rack screw.
¶ 4. Put the machine into the base and install the foam around the machine
- Put the machine into the base foam
Two-person operation, put the machine into the base foam.
Pay attention to the foam direction. Position 1 indicates the avoidance position of the power switch at the rear of the machine.
Machine grip position, position 1 and position 2, requires two people to operate
- Place four corner posts in turn
- Place foam on all sides

- Load the top foam, place the top glass of the machine and cover the glass foam

- Install the top fixed paper shell, and note that the arrow faces the front door of the machine
- Cover the top honeycomb cardboard
¶ 5. Install the outer box and buckle the outer box
- Install the outer carton vertically.
Note that the carton must be fully pressed into the base.
- Install the clasps
Prepare eight clasps and insert them into the carton bottom in turn.
