Assembly has problems. The middle fan guard is deformed, causing fan friction.
The fan itself is faulty.
Remove the two fixing screws of the right extruder fan protection plate. Check whether the fan sounds abnormal.
If there is no abnormal sound, probably the overshaped middle guard plate caused. You can remove the guard plate and break it flat to prevent contacting with the fan.
Remove the right fan protection board but still produce abnormal noise. It is the problem of the cooling fan itself, and the fan needs to be replaced (SKU: 3205010419).
In fact, the extruder cooling fan only works when printing ABS and other high-temperature materials that need cavity heating. The purpose is to heat the circuit board chip behind the extruder. If you only print PLA and PETG, you can consider removing the terminal wire of the extruder cooling fan and not using it.
