Remove bottom cover

Check the wiring on the hot bed board and re-fix it

If you don't have a professional multimeter measuring tool, skip this step. If you have a professional multimeter measuring tool, measure whether the voltage output of the hot bed heating port on the main board has a 24V voltage output. If there is no voltage, it means abnormal. Contact customer service/after-sales service to replace and adjust the main board.

If the output voltage of the main board hot bed is normal, contact the official customer/after-sales replacement hot bed board kit
