¶ Step One
¶ 1.1 Inspect the X and Y axis drive components
¶ 1.2 Check if the M3*12 screws on both sides have been removed. If not, use the 2.0 hex wrench from the tool kit to remove them
¶ 1.3 Also, use the 2.0 hex wrench to loosen the four M3*16 flat head hex screws on both sides, allowing the springs to fully tension
¶ 1.4 After tensioning, tighten the four M3*16 screws
¶ 1.5 Make ensure that the tension of the two belts is consistent (when the two belts are together, the tension is 5.5-6.5N)
¶ Step Two
¶ 2.1 Inspect the X and Y axis drive components
¶ 2.2 Loosen the four M316 screws on both sides if there are no M312 screws on both sides.
¶ 2.3 Use the Allen wrench to hold the screws, move them to the sides, and then tighten the M3*16 screws.
¶ 2.4 Ensure that the tension of the two belts is consistent (the tension is 5.5-6.5N when the two belts are stuck together)
