Power on the printer for self-test. The platform rises, but the XY-axis homing is not correct. The extruder hits the frame when the self-test reaches the leveling step.
The XY-axis motor wire is not inserted properly, resulting in one of the XY-axis motors not rotating or seldom rotating.
XY-axis drive is damaged or the mainboard is damaged. However, 2505 error code is not reported, resulting in one of the motors from XY-axis not rotating or seldom rotating.
If you find that the terminal is loose, reinsert it, and click "homing", and observe whether the printer's XY-axis alignment is normal.
① Check whether the wiring at X motor is intact and whether the terminal is loose.
② Check whether the wiring at Y motor is intact and whether the terminal is loose.
If the motor wiring is intact, the mainboard and drive are suspected to be damaged. Please refer to 2505 Error troubleshooting
