¶ 1. Problem description
When uploading a G-code file or copying G-code to the printer, the printer screen appears abnormal. The machine fails to operate normally, as shown in the figure below, and the problem persists even after restarting.
¶ 2. Root cause
Too many Gcode files, time-lapse files, etc., leading to a lack of memory on the machine.

¶ 3.1 How to avoid the problem
Please check the remaining memory of the machine as soon as possible and try to make sure that the remaining memory is more than 1G.

¶ 3.2 Removing redundant Gcode files
If the remaining storage space is less than 1GB, please delete redundant G-code and time-lapse files.
¶ 3.2.1 Operation via machine screen
- Method 1: Delete the G-code file, Click on the file - long press on the print file - check the file that needs to be deleted, and click Delete.
- Method 2: Restore Factory Settings, Click - Settings - Restore Factory - Check all the options - Click Restore
¶ 3.2.2 Operation via LAN
- STEP1: Ensure the machine is connected to the CrealityPrint. Click on the device page - find the file
- STEP2: Click the left mouse button to delete. You can delete G-code files/History/Timelapse videos.
