“Error, key: 2001, unknown exception” pops up on the screen.
¶ 2. Cause analysis
(1) Main thread error, program crashed
(2) Internal error, need to get the log to locate the problem.
¶ 3. Troubleshooting and solutions
（1）Restart the machine.
（2）Export logs to the developer for analysis. If it occurs during the boot process, please follow the steps to skip self test.
