- The main board and the nozzle board suddenly lost communication
- Internal error, need to get the log to locate the problem.
¶ 3.Troubleshooting and solution
- Remove the nozzle cover and replug the nozzle connection cable. If it cannot be solved after plugging and unplugging, replace the nozzle connection cable.
- Export logs to the developer for analysis. If it occurs during the boot process, please follow the steps to skip self test.
