¶ Step One
- Add Preparation Tools and Clear Glass Residue Steps. Use a hex wrench to remove the two screws at the upper hinge of the door
¶ Step Two
- Hold the front door and lift it diagonally upwards to remove it.
¶ Step Three
- Separately thread the 4 screws from the kit into the nylon spacers.
¶ Step Four
- Insert two pre-threaded screws with washers into the mounting holes at the bottom of the new glass front door and align the screw holes of the front door lower mounting part with the fixed position on the glass, then tighten the screws.
¶ Step Five
- Insert the hinge of the front door lower mount into the mounting hole on the base, insert the front door upper mounting part with padding into the mounting hole on the machine's top shell, close the front door, secure the front door upper mounting part into the upper slot of the front door glass, take two additional pre-threaded screws with washers, insert them through the front door mounting holes and tighten them onto the front door mount.
¶ Step Six
- Insert two self-tapping screws into the nylon washers, align the mounting surface of the door handle with the front door's front face, align with the mounting holes, and use a hex wrench to tighten the self-tapping screws separately to secure the front door handle.
