When homing, the motor does not respond. When leveling, the motor keeps turning downward, and it continues to make a grinding noise even after reaching the bottom.
- Issue with incorrectly connected terminal on the mainboard. Normally it should be connected to port 3 (Z-axis limit switch), but it was connected to other ports 1/2/4, causing the limit switch to be unresponsive.
- Anomalies with the limit switch causing.
- Check if the limit switch is functioning properly. You can use a piece of cardboard or a screwdriver between the limits to see if the limit light goes off normally. If it goes off normally, this indicates that the limit switch is functioning properly, proceed to the second step of troubleshooting.
- Check if the limit terminal interface on the mainboard is properly plugged in and tight. Also, check if it is properly connected to the third port.
