¶ 2. Cause analysis
The noise is due to leakage or insufficient lubrication on the lead screw. Adding lubricant to the lead screw can solve the problem. When the purification mode is not activated, the working noise is less than 55dB at a horizontal distance of 50cm from the product.
¶ 3. Troubleshooting
- Apply lubricating grease to the screw during reset leveling
- Update to the latest version of firmware
