Z-axis Abnormal Noise

- Insufficient lubrication, generating abnormal noise;
- Loose screws causing abnormal noise;
- Abnormal motor rotation.
- Apply lubricating oil to the lead screw and guide rail to reduce friction;
- If there is a driver, check whether the driver's dip switch is normal, as shown in the figure.
- Inspect the surrounding screws, if any are loose, tighten them.
- Loosen the coupling and run the motor independently to see if it operates normally.
