- The coupling is not locked
- The main board did not send a message to the motor
- Motor problems caused
- Deformation of the wire rod or brass screwdriver
- Tighten the upper and lower bolts of the coupling
- After the power is cut off, manually twist it off. If it can be twisted, the problem of the wire rod and brass nut can be eliminated
- Check if it can be reset to zero. If not, listen to the motor first to see if there is any sound. If there is no sound, it is a problem with the main board! If there is a sound, check the limit switch. Normally, the light will turn off when it reaches the top, and the red light will turn on when it does not reach the position! You can test it by stuffing a piece of paper into the middle of the limit when starting up! If the limit is normal, it is a problem with the wire rod motor
