- Caused by no network connection
- Not on the same local area network
- Caused by firmware issue
- User interface setting problem
- Update to the latest firmware
- Check if the device is properly connected to the WIFI signal
- Confirm that the network where the machine is located and the network where the computer is located are in the same subnet by checking if the first three segments of the device and machine are consistent
- After confirming all of the above are normal, enter settings - print settings - camera monitoring - camera password item to customize a password on the device interface. Then find the machine in remote printing, enter the custom password, and confirm.
