Unable to send sliced model through HALOT BOX.
- The equipment and host are properly connected to the network.
- Ensure that the device and host are within the same Local Area Network (The device only supports 2.4GHZ network, it does not support 5G).
- The software version has been updated to the latest version.
- The host Local Area Network firewall has not been shut down.
- Download the latest software version through the Creality cloud official website and upgrade the current version on the mainframe to the latest HALOT BOX version.
- Check if the device is properly connected to WIFI. If the WIFI signal cannot be found, it is recommended to change the router's WIFI network band to 2.4GHZ standard.
- Confirm that the computer and device are within the same local area network (this can be confirmed through the CMD command ping device IP on the computer side. If the ping is successful, it means they are all within the same network. If the ping is unsuccessful, it is recommended to use a mobile hotspot to connect the device and mainframe simultaneously and try again).
- Locate the device firewall in the mainboard control panel and set the domain network to "no".
